Hello!
My name is Anna, I believe in a holistic approach that focuses on the connection between the mind and the body.
I am dedicated to collaborating with you on your journey to well-being. I centre my approach on honouring each individual's story, life experiences, beliefs, and inner strengths. I believe that every person not only has the capability for healing and balance within the mind, body, and spirit but has the right to a life that is in full alignment with their purpose and values.
I believe in a fluid and flexible approach that borrows from traditional talk therapy, integrating somatic practices that explore the effects of trauma and distress within the whole body and finding ways to ground and strengthen from within. I work with CBT, trauma informed theories and am a big believer in blending meditative and breath and body work practices into sessions as well as art and other creative processes.

Accessible care is extremely important to me and I never want finances to be a barrier to my services. I offer a certain amount of sliding scale and reduced fee sessions. If flexible rates are something you are interested in, please email me for more information. My services are also eligible for insurance or benefits coverage.
